Ariana Grande Claims #1 on Billboard Hot 100

’s new hit song “, next” is number one with more than 55.5 million streams in the U.S.

When it comes to the Billboard Hot 100, it seems superstar Ariana Grande can not be stopped.  According to , Grande’s new hit song “thank u, next” has claimed the #1 spot with more than 55.5 million streams in the U.S.

Meanwhile, on , Grande broke several records.  “thank u, next” now holds the global record for “#1 Most-Streamed Pop Song First-Week on .” The pop star also represented for the ladies by being the “only female artist to chart in the Top 5 songs first-week of release on .”

Over on , Grande’s new song captured both “the U.S. and Global One-Day streaming records for a female artist,” generating more than 9 million plays worldwide and 4 million in the U.S. on the platform. And don’t forget “thank u, next” also took the number one spot on , , and Tidal.

Across the pond.  Yeah, Grande is doing her thing over there too.  The former Nickelodeon star also debuted at #1 on the Official , becoming the highest selling #1 debut of the year in the UK.
