Benztown, a global leader in radio imaging, voiceover, programming and jingles, announces that it has appointed Scott “Justin Case” Mayton to the newly-created position of Director, National Imaging.
In his new role, Mayton will provide dedicated “white glove’ service to national media companies signing group imaging deals with Benztown. Benztown provides nationwide audio imaging services to national media companies including: CUMULUS MEDIA,, Beasley Media Group, Yamanair Creative, Saga Communications, which entered into a national partnership with Benztown earlier this month.
Mayton’s work can be heard nationwide on CUMULUS MEDIA projects for the GRAMMYS, the American Music Awards and other high-profile national audio productions. Mayton holds a Master’s certificate in Music Production & Technology from Boston’s renowned Berklee College of Music. In 2014, he was named to the Nielsen/Edison Research “Audio’s 30 under 30” list, honoring top talent in audio.
Concurrently, Benztown announces that it has promoted audio imaging professional Matt Anderson to Director, Custom Imaging. In his new role, Anderson will oversee Custom Imaging for Benztown and its audio affiliates across the U.S. and Canada. Anderson assumes the position from Mayton, and rises from his previous post as Imaging Producer for Benztown.
Prior to joining Benztown in January, Anderson was Creative Services Director for iHeartMedia in Boston, MA. He also served iHeartMedia as Programming/Production Assistant for its six-station group in Providence, RI. Anderson holds a B.S. degree in Communications and Sports Journalism from Springfield College in Springfield, MA.
