DUCKWRTH RELEASES NEW SINGLE AND VIDEO “CRUSH”

Duckwrth releases his new single and video “Crush.” Speaking on the
inspiration behind the track, Duckwrth shared via Billboard , “I’m a habitual crusher, I
probably crush like 20 times a day, scrolling through socials. This song and video serves as
my confessional. Pray for me.” Directed by Grizz Lee and Mancy Gant, the video captures
chance encounters that turn into impromptu dance-offs as Duckwrth crushes on girls he
meets around his neighborhood.

Over the summer months, Duckwrth maintained a relentless schedule that was packed with
studio sessions and included international performances at Openair in Switzerland, Malmo
in Sweden and Melt Festival in Germany. Ahead of joining Billie Eilish on her When We All
Fall Asleep stadium tour this October, Duckwrth will headline a performance at the Jazz
Cafe in London on September 26th. Upcoming dates also include Afropunk Festival in
Atlanta, Georgia on October 12th and Austin City Limits in Austin, Texas on October 13th.
In November, Duckwrth will join DJ Duo, Louis The Child, on their Here For Now Tour.

Following the breakout success of his last project, THE FALLING MAN , which was named by
NPR as one of the best album releases in May, Duckwrth has found his creative sweetspot.
“For a project so concerned with the idea of falling, failing, and losing one’s way, Duckwrth
has managed to do the opposite,” Highsnobiety said. “He’s never sounded so in touch with
himself or filled with purpose.” Known for being a multi-talented artist who has a hand in
all facets of his creative output, Duckwrth creative directed an accompanying experiential
short film for THE FALLING MAN which exemplified how he’s “never afraid to fully express

accolades include garnering over 33 million streams on Spotify for his Spider-Man single,
Start A Riot,” performing for Quincy Jones and Steve Mcqueen’sSounds of America
series, partnering with brands like Fila , Paul Smith , Creed , Diesel and Heineken, and
collaborating with Palms Casino for their ” UNSTATUS QUO ” campaign which also
featured Cardi B, Rita Ora, Ozuna, Marshmello, Dapper Dan and more.
