EA Apologizes for Kaepernick Edit in Madden ’19

Looks like heard the fan outcry!

After it was reported that a verse from the ‘song” had edited Colin Kaepernicks name out, the Video Game giant has released an regarding the matter.

: “We made an unfortunate mistake with our Madden NFL soundtrack. Members of our team misunderstood the fact that while we don’t have rights to include in the game, this doesn’t affect soundtracks.”

Apologies were given to YG, Big Sean and fans.

The company plans to make sure Kaepernicks name is added back to the song by the games August 6th release.
