Raised in a small town, the 25-year-old Cartersville, Georgia native, has proven to be a “jack of all trades” in the music industry. K-Major’s passion for his craft allows him to movingly express intimate innuendos such as love vs. lust, pleasure vs. pain, and most of all success vs. failure.
K-Major – whose name is an ode to his favorite octave, and constant reminder of his first love – music – not only lives up to his name but also his potential. His penmanship is linked to over 100 songs to which he has co-written, co-produced, collaborated with or performed on. He has worked with some of the biggest names and helped create some of the hottest songs including, Future – Salute (co-producer), French Montana – Moses ft Chris Brown & Migos (co-producer), Jacquees – Perfect (co-writer), Jacquees – Feel It ft Rich Homie Quan & Lloyd (co-writer and producer) to name a few. In addition to this, his work has been placed on the big screen (Magic Mike XXL) as well as on television (VH1’s Hit The Floor).
Keep an eye out and ear open as K-Major is set to perform at this year’s A3C Festival & Conference on its very first R&B Stage, RNBUNTAPPED, On Friday, October 7th @ The Music Room (327 Edgewood Ave SE, ATL) @ 6PM – 9PM and his upcoming promo tour, the “Bandana Tour.”
