Last night (6.14) Nickelback performed at the iHeartRadio Album Release Party with Nickelback at the iHeartRadio Theater New York, which also included an intimate Q&A. Nickelback celebrated their new album, Feed The Machine, due out Friday June 16 via BMG with a performance of new song, “Song On Fire” plus a mix of their smash hits including “How You Remind Me”, “Gotta Be Somebody” and “Rockstar”.

The event broadcasted live nationwide across iHeartRadio’s Rock stations and livestreamed on iHeartRadio’s Official YouTube Channel.

Please see highlights from the show below:
Days before the release of their new album, Feed The Machine, Nickelback performed a 12-song set at the “iHeartRadio Album Release Party with Nickelback” at the iHeartRadio Theater New York.
During the 60-minute show, Nickelback kicked off their set with a performance of “Woke Up This Morning”. Before continuing the show with “Gotta Be Somebody” the band discussed the making of their music over the years, “It’s such a blessing that we’re able to make rock, make hard rock, make melodic music, make funny music, we can say the most ridiculous things in our songs and get away with it for some reason.”
While discussing a finish line for the new album the band said, “We won’t release anything; we won’t say there’s a finish line unless we’re happy with it. Right now, every single song, there’s not one moment where I sit there and I’m not excited…”
After continuing their performance with new hit, “Song On Fire”, the band performed a collection of throwbacks including “Rockstar” and “How You Remind Me”.
Nickeback concluded the show by going out with a bang during their performance of, “Burn It To The Ground.”
