Hannah Eaves: Media Impact Consultant
As Paragon’s new Media Impact Consultant, Hannah Eaves is a renowned expert in media innovation and media impact. She has overseen the complete digital strategy, product design, and development of multiple websites, including Channel X.org, VuHaus.com, and Reach.love, and has also spent the last five years working with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and their media grantees on measuring the impact of their work. This involves quantitative and qualitative tracking through metrics and surveys, tools assessment and recommendations, working directly with grantees on impact measurement framework creation and tracking, landscape research, and insights-driven data analysis and visualizations. Dwayne Taylor: Cause Marketing Consultant
Paragon’s new Cause Marketing Consultant is Dwayne Taylor, a radio promotions specialist for the past 25 years. Dwayne has worked with both local and national organizations including Jefferson Pilot Communications, Lincoln Financial Media and Broadcast Company of the Americas to produce profitable and beneficial community-based programs. Dwayne believes that the best radio promotions have a common theme: They provide the station with a cornerstone campaign that benefits the community over an extended period. Dwayne was one of the creators of The Denver Broncos Drive For Life which has served Colorado for over 20 years. Michele Tharp: Marketing Strategy Consultant
A Paragon veteran since 2002, Michele Tharp takes on her newly-minted position as Marketing Strategy Consultant. Michele’s primary focus is providing Paragon clients with Custom Integrated Marketing Plans to refine and expand their brand, engage and build audiences, as well as forge new digital distribution channels and promotional opportunities. Michele began her career as a promotion director in local radio and prior to Paragon she held marketing positions with several media entertainment companies including Capitol-EMI Records, Jones Radio Network and Showtime Networks. In 2015, Michele helped launch VuHaus – a national collaboration of country’s most influential public radio music stations – and has recently worked with the California Film Institute, TRX Training and BMP Audio. Michelle Conrad: Social and Digital Media Consultant
With Paragon since 2017, Michelle Conrad is now Paragon’s Social and Digital Media Consultant.
